Patient Access is a service that lets you access your GP services through your computer or Smartphone (iPhone or Android).

 

You must have registered for this service at Roman Gate or Charles Hicks to use Patient Access.  You have to take a photo ID to the surgeries to receive your password and access information.  

 

With Patient Access, you can now access your GP services from your home, work or on the move — wherever you can connect to the internet. Because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night (please note, your Practise backs-up its computer systems overnight so you may not get access between midnight and 06:00).

 

With Patient Access, you will be able to:

 

• Book new appointments without having to phone.• Order repeat prescriptions so they are ready to pick up.• Change your address and contact details in seconds.• Send a secure message to your practice.

 

We find this so much easier than having to call at 08:30 to get an appointment on the day!
